Jackson Dyer
DLA Piper Law Firm
Jackson is a Senior Associate in the Construction, Infrastructure and Projects Group, with experience in Construction, Major Infrastructure, PPP and construction disputes. Jackson has been involved in preparing, negotiating the full suite of project documentation including Project Deeds, direct deeds, EPC, D&C,
EPCM, O&M / FM and joint venture agreements.
He also has experience in managing the timeline for a variety of projects and ensuring that projects reach completion on set timeframes. Jackson has specialist experience with Specialist Disability Accommodation and the supporting structures and requirements under the NDIS.
Paul Grant
Axis Lending
Paul began his working career in the Finance industry in 1987
with BankWest, working his way up to being a Business Banker
before leaving in 1995 to go work for CBA. In 1996 Paul joined WA Home Loans (Now Resimac) where he
started as a Home Loan Officer, working his way up through various positions including State Manager QLD, State Manager
WA and finishing as National Retail Sales Manager.
Paul then moved to Australian First Mortgage in 2006 as a WA
Business Development Manager and then onto WA State Manager
and finally National Sales Manager.
Paul has currently been with Axis Lending since 2018 initially as a
Business Development Manager, where he later began writing
NDIS Home Loans in May 2021.
Paul has over 30 years’ experience in writing Home Loans and has
to date written and settled over 300 NDIS home loans.
David Esler
Disability Housing Solutions
David Esler is the Director of Turnkey Property Group of companies, and lead transformation manager driving strategy and Growth for Disability Housing Solutions.
With a deep commitment to improving housing solutions for people with disabilities, David has played a pivotal role in advancing large state wide projects aimed at impacting SDA homes across regional Queensland, creating significant social and economic impact in these communities.
In addition to his work in the development sector, David an RSL Sub Branch President and is the Chairman of Trek2Health, a non-profit organisation dedicated to providing mental health services to veterans and emergency service personnel.
His leadership in both the disability construction sector and mental health advocacy reflects his broader mission to enhance the quality of life for vulnerable populations through thoughtful, sustainable, and community-oriented initiatives.
David’s background, combining business acumen with a passion for social causes, positions him as a key figure in driving change within both the disability and mental health sectors in Australia. His expertise in building community-focused housing solutions aligns with his advocacy for mental well-being and regional economic development.
Susanna Ratcliffe
Disability Housing Solutions
Susanna Ratcliffe holds a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Community and Family Studies, and brings over 20 years of experience working in the disability sector. Throughout her career, Susanna has managed a diverse range of disability service types across Australia and New Zealand, holding senior-level roles.
Before joining Disability Housing Solutions, she served as the state manager overseeing Queensland and Northern New South Wales for one of the country’s largest not-for-profit disability service providers. One of her most significant achievements in this role was spearheading the successful transition of services from state-based funding models to the NDIS.
In her spare time, Susanna is learning Australian Sign Language, working toward a qualification in Interpretation by completing entry-level certificates. She is also a member of the global initiative, Be My Eyes, connecting people with vision impairments to sighted volunteers for ad hoc assistance via video calling.
Susanna’s extensive experience has shown her that for many people, the greatest barrier to achieving a “good life” is unsuitable housing and the difficulty in sourcing suitable alternatives. This led her to join Disability Housing Solutions 4 years ago, where she is focused on bridging the gap between NDIS participants, their supports, and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).
