The National Construction Code (NCC) 2022 is to be implemented in May 2023, with state transitional periods in place for Energy, Condensation and Livability.
Josh will be discussing the changes to Energy Efficiency and Condensation sections of Volume 1 and Volume 2.
The presentation will summarise the changes, run through real world examples of compliance under NCC 2022 and provide an update on South Australia's adoption dates.
